1. Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business day. 

After the order its shipped out we will and received by the carrier, we will update you with a track-number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

2. Order Delivery Time

Delivery time estimates are :

  • UAE: 5-7 working days
  • USA: 7 -14 working days
  • UK: 7 -12 working days
  • Europe: 7 -12 working days
  • CA, AUS: 7 -14 working days
  • Rest of world: 15-30 working days

We offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you by email.

3. Shipping address changes /Wrong address disclaimer 

If you want to change the shipping address for your order please contact us by email with the new shipping address. You should contact us within 12 hours.  Once the order is shipped we can not alter the shipping address anymore. 

Note:  We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

4.Lost/Missing Packages

Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

5.Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • With all original tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
